1) Advancing education in all matters concerning amateur radio, radio communications and related systems2) Using amateur radio communication, within the terms of the amateur radio licence, to supplement communication for organisations involved in the planning or provision of rescue, relief or communication in the event of distress or emergency, both local and national.
