to advance association football. to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing access to facilities for playing football and other sports to provide and assist in providing facilities for sport, recreation and other leisure time occupation of people who have need of such facilities. to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 18 living in Whitstable, Kent
