The Rural Learning Alliance (RLA) comprises of 7 schools. The aim is to improve the outcomes for children and young people by establishing training, leadership & support for schools in north Cumbria. The role is to encourage collaboration between schools & enable good practice to be shared across the alliance. It also designs and delivers training to meet the specific challenges within the area.
