SRI LANKA WOMEN'S SWIMMING PROJECT

Crises in Sri Lanka leave the Project locally in a state of suspension. However, through our presentations at the UN WHO/ILS World Conferences on Drowning Prevention, most recently in Egypt Nov 2025, we continue to pioneer advancing Float-and-Breathe as the single most important skill for non- swimmers to learn first, which is being taken up globally by RNLI, RLSS and International Life Saving.
