THESE WILL BE IN MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL FIELDS, MAINLY IN AFRICA, AND WILL BE THE SORT OF PROJECT WHERE COMPARATIVELY SMALL AMOUNTS OF MONEY WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT.
